All dishes are made with meat and eggs from our farm and produce selected from area farms.  A variety of dishes are available weekly at the markets we attend and for pre-order via our online store. 

Recommended Re-Heating Instructions

Pot Pies

Oven Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

2. Small pot pies bake for 45 minutes if defrosted and 90 minutes if baked from frozen

3. Large pot pies bake for 90 minutes if defrosted and 120 minutes if baked from frozen

4. Bake until pot pie reaches 165 degrees

*You can re-heat in the oven-ready craft container which has a pull tab for presentation

Burritos/Shephard’s Pie/Entrees

Microwave Instructions:

1. Re-heat on high for 3 minutes or until desired warmth

Stovetop instructions:

1. Turn stove top on medium

2. Remove burrito from craft paper, keep shepherd’s pie in brown craft dish, remove entrée from plastic container

3. Place in pan with a lid and periodically add a small amount of water to the pan with the lid on to steam the meal

Oven Fried Chicken

Oven Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

2. Bake for 20 minutes if defrosted and 35 minutes if baked from frozen

3. Bake until chicken reaches 165 degrees

Soups & Stews

Stovetop instructions:

1. Turn stovetop on medium

2. Add ¼ cup of water or 1/2 cup of broth if desired for soups

3. Re-heat until desired warmth

Quiches

Oven Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees

2. Bake for 25 minutes if defrosted and 35 minutes if baked from frozen

3. Bake until quiche reaches 165 degrees

Microwave Instructions:

1. Re-heat on high for 3 minutes or until desired warmth

*You can re-heat in the oven-ready craft containers

Breads

Oven Instructions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees

2. Bake for 30 minutes if defrosted and 45 minutes if baked from frozen

3. Bake until it reaches desired warmth

Desserts

1. Defrost in fridge overnight

2. Enjoy!

* All prepared food is completely cooked and just needs to be re-heated!
